Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Lead ML and agent capabilities inside xStryk, from research and simulation to deployment, evaluation, and operational feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ML/LLM capabilities for xStryk
  • Lead applied research projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentor other ML engineers
  • Build eval suites, guardrails, and feedback loops

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science
  • Experience with production systems
  • Deep knowledge of deep learning
  • Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow
  • Technical leadership capability
